How to Create Blog Authors in HubSpot

To create blog authors in HubSpot, follow these steps:

Access Your HubSpot Account: Log in to your HubSpot account. If you don’t have one, you’ll need to sign up.

Navigate to the Blog Section: Once logged in, navigate to your dashboard. Look for the "Marketing" tab, then click on "Website" and select "Blog."

Access Blog Settings: In the blog section, find and click on the "Settings" button. This will take you to a page where you can configure various aspects of your blog.

Manage Authors: Within the settings menu, look for a section labeled "Blog Authors" or similar. Click on this to manage or add new authors.

Add a New Author: There should be an option to "Add Author" or "Create Author." Click on this. You will be prompted to fill in details such as the author’s name, bio, and photo. Fill out all necessary information.

Save Your Changes: After entering the author’s details, make sure to save your changes. The author should now be added to your blog and available for selection when creating or editing blog posts.

Assign Posts to Authors: When creating or editing a blog post, you should now be able to select from your list of authors. Choose the appropriate author for each post to attribute it correctly.

Remember to regularly update your authors’ information and manage their permissions as needed. This helps maintain the credibility and accuracy of your blog content.
