**Go to Chatflows**:
- Under the "Conversations" section, select "Chatflows." This is where you can manage all your live chat and chatbot settings.
**Create a New Chatflow**:
- Click on "Create chatflow" and choose "Website" as the option for where your chatbot will appear.
**Select a Chatbot Template**:
- HubSpot offers several templates for different use cases (e.g., lead generation, customer support, meeting scheduling). Choose a template that best fits your needs. Alternatively, you can start from scratch.
**Customize Your Chatbot**:
- **Welcome Message**: Edit the welcome message to greet visitors. Make it friendly and relevant to your business.
