Archiving content in HubSpot is a simple process that allows you to clean up your workspace without permanently deleting your materials. Here’s how you can archive your content:

  • Log Into Your HubSpot Account: Start by logging into your account. Make sure you have the necessary permissions to manage content. 
  • Navigate to Your Content: Depending on what type of content you want to archive (e.g., blog posts, emails, landing pages), navigate to the respective section through the main dashboard. For blogs, go to 'Marketing' > 'Website' > 'Blog'.
  • Select the Content to Archive: Once in the appropriate section, find the content you wish to archive. You can use filters or search functionality to quickly locate specific items.
  • Use the Archive Option: For each piece of content, there will usually be an 'Actions' or 'More' dropdown menu associated with it. Click on this to find the 'Archive' option.
  • Confirm the Action: After selecting 'Archive', a confirmation dialog will appear, asking if you’re sure you want to archive the selected content. Confirm your choice to proceed.
  • Access Archived Content: Archived content is not deleted and can be accessed or restored if needed. You can view archived content by toggling the view options in your content dashboard to show archived items.

Archiving is beneficial for decluttering your active content list while retaining records and data that might be useful in the future.
