Here's a step-by-step summary: **Log into Your HubSpot Account**: Start by logging into your HubSpot account. **Access the Form Section**: In the new navigation bar (currently in beta), click on "Marketing" and then "Forms". **Create or Edit a Form**: You have the option to create a new form by clicking the "Create Form" button or edit an existing form by selecting the edit button beside the form. **Customize Your Form**: You can add various properties to your form, such as email, street address, city, phone number, and frequently used properties like first name and last name. **Add Ticket Properties**: On the left side, there's a toggle for "Ticket Properties". Enable this to add new properties to your form like ticket name, ticket description, priority, file upload, category, resolution status, and source status. **Publish Your Changes**: Once you've customized your form, click the "Update" button on the top right and then "Publish" to make your changes live. After publishing, the video demonstrates using the form link to submit a ticket and then verifying that the ticket appears in the HubSpot dashboard under the tickets section.
