Access HubSpot Sales: First, log in to your HubSpot account and navigate to the Sales dropdown menu.
Go to Sequences: Select "Sequences" from the options. If you don’t see it, you might need to enable it in your settings or upgrade your plan.
Create New Sequence: Click on the "Create sequence" button. You will be prompted to name your sequence.
Add Emails and Tasks: You can then add emails and tasks to your sequence. For emails, use the editor to craft your messages. You can personalize them using contact tokens. Tasks can be reminders to make a call or follow up with a contact.
Set Delays: Between emails and tasks, set delays to specify when each action should occur after the previous one has been completed.
Review and Test: Before activating your sequence, review it thoroughly. HubSpot also allows you to send test emails to yourself to ensure everything looks as intended.
Editing an Existing Sequence:
Navigate to Your Sequence: Go to the Sequences area in HubSpot Sales and click on the sequence you wish to edit.
Make Your Changes: You can add, remove, or modify emails and tasks within the sequence. Adjust delays and personalize your messages as needed.
Update Settings: If necessary, update the sequence settings, such as enrollment criteria and follow-up intervals.
Save Your Changes: Ensure you save your edits. HubSpot will ask if you want to apply these changes to only new enrollees or to all active enrollees as well.
Note: Be mindful of HubSpot’s sending limits and best practices to ensure your sequences reach your contacts' inboxes effectively and to avoid being marked as spam.
