How to Setup Blog Auto Publish For Social Media

To set up blog auto-publishing for social media in HubSpot, follow these steps:
- **Log in to HubSpot:** Access your HubSpot account by navigating to the HubSpot website and logging in with your credentials.
- **Go to Marketing:** Once logged in, navigate to the Marketing section by clicking on the "Marketing" tab in the top navigation menu.
- **Access Blog Dashboard:** In the Marketing section, locate and click on "Website" in the sidebar menu. Then, click on "Blog" to access your blog dashboard.
- **Access Blog Settings:** Within the blog dashboard, find and click on "Settings" in the top-right corner. This will take you to the settings page for your blog.
- **Set Up Social Media Accounts:** Scroll down to the "Social Settings" section within the blog settings page. Here, you can connect your social media accounts to HubSpot by clicking on the "Connect Account" button next to each social network you want to publish to.
- **Configure Social Media Settings:** After connecting your social media accounts, configure the settings for each network. You can specify details such as the message format, hashtags, and publishing frequency.
- **Enable Auto-Publishing:** In the "Auto-publishing" section of the social settings, toggle the switch to enable auto-publishing for your connected social media accounts. This will allow HubSpot to automatically share new blog posts to your social media channels based on your specified settings.
- **Save Changes:** Once you've configured the social media settings to your liking, be sure to save your changes by clicking on the "Save" or "Update" button at the bottom of the settings page.
- **Create and Publish Blog Posts:** With auto-publishing enabled, you can now create and publish new blog posts in HubSpot as usual. Once you publish a blog post, HubSpot will automatically share it to your connected social media accounts according to the configured settings.
- **Monitor Performance:** After auto-publishing blog posts to social media, monitor the performance of your posts using HubSpot's analytics tools.
This will help you track engagement, reach, and other key metrics to optimize your social media strategy.
